Dunbar Education is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join one of our exclusive partnership primary schools in Dudley. If you have a strong background in supporting primary-aged children, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated classroom support to the class teacher and pupils.
Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
Offer 1:1 or group support for students with additional educational needs (SEN).
Support with classroom management and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to develop effective learning strategies.
Promote pupil engagement, participation, and progress.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
Qualifications: Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
Proven experience in supporting pupils with SEN is highly desirable.
A passion for working with children and a commitment to their development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Enhanced DBS check (or willing to undergo one).
