Requirements:

* Extensive experience in legal recruitment, with a proven track record of successful placements

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Deep understanding of the legal industry and market trends

* Exceptional client relationship management and business development skills

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities

* Ability to analyse and improve recruitment strategies and metrics

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the legal recruitment team, ensuring high performance and professional development

* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top legal talent

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

* Provide strategic market insights and advice to clients and the recruitment team

* Drive business development efforts to expand the client base and service offerings

* Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a high standard of candidate experience

* Analyse recruitment metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

* Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the recruitment process
