The Project Support Administrator Role

As a Project Support Administrator, you'll be an integral part of a close-knit team, providing essential support to surveyors and contract managers. Your role will encompass a variety of administrative duties, from managing office reception and maintaining documentation to coordinating meetings and assisting with project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Professionally manage reception calls and greet visitors.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Coordinate meetings, book rooms, and arrange Teams sessions.
Support HR with staff monitoring and diary management.
Prepare, compile, and distribute key documents, including tenders and contracts.
Monitor project documentation for timely completion and accuracy.
Record meeting minutes and assist with system implementation.
Organize and manage document libraries and supplier insurance records.
Coordinate site visits and keep accurate logs of IT equipment and staff training.The Project Support Administrator

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven experience in administration, ideally within a project-focused environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.In Return?
