What You'll Be Doing

Managing and troubleshooting hardware and software across the school's systems.
Supporting teachers, students, and staff with their IT needs, ensuring minimal downtime.
Monitoring and maintaining the school's network and devices.
Assisting in the deployment of new technology initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies.

What We're Looking For

Experience in IT support, ideally in an education setting.
Knowledge of Windows-based systems, networks, and cloud technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, can-do attitude and strong organizational skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, or equivalent) are a bonus!
