They now require a Senior Design Engineer and a Graduate Design Engineer

Graduate Design Engineer

Expected Responsibilities

* Undertake design work to specification and agreed Eurocode standards.

* Liaising with structural engineers\architects\design managers.

* Design administration and project coordination.

* Work to company QA procedures.

* Maintain a high standard of design service.

* Maintain great relationships with clients and achieve excellent feedback.

Required Skills/Experience

* Degree educated ideally working towards incorporated or chartered status.

* Minimum 1 years’ experience in structural steelwork design preferref

* Knowledge of structural steelwork member design and steelwork connection design preferred

* Conversant with Tekla Structural Designer, Tekla Portal Designer and Masterseries design software

* Experience in designing temporary works would be advantageous.

* Familiar with Eurocodes for design.

* Must be able to work on their own initiative, raise necessary queries and co-ordinate information with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors
