Customer Service Specialist - Carlisle

We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to help manage customer income recovery and reduce debt levels. In this role, you'll analyse billing data, contact customers to secure payments, and ensure smooth processes for revenue recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse billing/debt trends and develop recovery strategies.
Conduct outbound calls to secure payments.
Collaborate with teams to reduce customer debt.Skills & Experience:
Strong multitasking and project management skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other IT tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.Benefits:
