As our new Legal Services Executive, you'll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You'll assist in the handling of flight delay claims (EC Regulation 261/2004) and make accurate compensation payments to customers in line with the Regulation. Full training is given by our experienced Legal Services team.

What you'll be doing:
You'll respond to pre-action letters from solicitors, customers, and regulatory bodies regarding ineligible claims.
You'll be familiar with our Terms and Conditions, legal obligations, and company procedures.
You'll provide regular, informative feedback to the business as required.
You'll communicate effectively and professionally to our internal and external customers, advisers and suppliers.
What you'll have:
You'll have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
You'll be able to work accurately under pressure and under tight deadlines.
Use of claims management systems would be useful but is not essential.
