About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and adaptable KS2 Supply Teachers to provide high-quality teaching across various primary schools in the Selby area. As a KS2 Supply Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of schools and students, delivering engaging lessons and supporting the educational journey of children in Key Stage 2.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons, adapting quickly to the needs of each class.
Support children's learning in line with the KS2 curriculum, fostering curiosity and critical thinking.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and learning.
Collaborate effectively with school staff and follow each school's policies.
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe, supportive environment for all students.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 2.
Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to new settings.
Flexibility, reliability, and a passion for teaching and inspiring children.
