Base salary dependant upon experience - budget is between £50,000 to £60,000 base salary plus package

About the Role:

As an Estimator, you'll play a vital role in the success by accurately assessing and pricing commercial construction projects. You'll work closely with the project teams to ensure that bids are competitive and projects are profitable.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse tender documents and drawings to understand project requirements.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and subcontractor costs.
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best prices and terms.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
