Part Time Administrator required to work on a temporary basis, Monday - Friday, 9am - 2.30pm term time only.
Duties:
Helpdesk support (raising jobs but not allocating)
Taking minutes of meetings
Collating reports
Maintaining the contractor register
Letters of assurance
Purchase ledger checks
Departmental budgets
Invoice inputting
Raising and documenting purchase orders
Assisting with project capital and revenue sheets
Creating a new digital filing system similar to ISO standardBenefits:

Facilities, estate, property admin experience is beneficial
