CareerMakers Recruitment currently looking for Machine Operators to join our client based in Worsley, M28 area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Measure, grade & feed batches of raw materials into production machinery/process.

* Monitor the production process & carry out basic testing & quality checks.

* Adjust machine controls & monitor the production process & outputs.

* Fit parts to machinery & equipment.

* Finish products such as applying protective coatings, bonding.

* Use moulding machines which are pre-set to carry out certain tasks.

* Weigh & label packaged goods ready for dispatch and stack goods appropriately.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Attention to detail

* Physical strength and stamina

* Ability to follow instructions and production schedules

* Teamwork skills

* LEAN Manufacturing knowledge is advantageous

Working hours :
Monday to Friday: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm- 6am (rotating weekly)

Pay rate : 12.20£ /h (20% uplift when working nights)
