Ideal Recruit is currently looking for HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers with a minimum of 6 months of experience for a well-established client based in Telford.

Job Description:

Type of work: Refrigerated units RDC to RDC deliveries and collections (loading and unloading of palletized goods).
Steady year-round work with consistent shifts.
Long hours: 12+ hour shifts.
Shift availability from Monday to Sunday.: Days / Afternoons / Nights.

Rates of Pay: PAYE with holiday including.

Monday to Friday:

Days £17.71 / Nights £18.86 per hour.

Saturday:

Days £21.14 / Nights £22.29 per hour.  

Sunday:

Days £22.29 / Nights £23.43 per hour. 

Additional Information:

Assessment is required, lasting approximately 4 to 5 hours.
Block bookings week in advance.

Requirements:

Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Class 1 driver.
Refrigerated unit driving experience preferred.
Valid Driver’s CPC card and Digital Tachograph card.
No more than 6 points for minor endorsements.
