The Role
This Development Chef career opportunity is a newly created role for a business that is taking NPD to the next level; elevating the NPD profile and injecting significant investment in its technologically advanced, world-class facilities.

The Development Chef will be responsible for culinary creation in the form of leading and supporting cooking, bench development and market trends, as well as confidentially presenting to multiple customers.

Creating, attending and advising on Innovation safaris as well as staying on top of category trends, supporting the wider culinary and NPD team on market-leading innovation and culinary projects, as well as developing a commercially viable and technically safe portfolio.
 
About You
Essentially you must have experience working in a Development/Commercial Kitchen with a successful track record delivering commercially viable, great tasting foods, as well as commercial acumen, creating recipes which can be upscaled.

Demonstrating market-leading culinary skills, you will have an unwavering passion for everything food and being in the kitchen, as well as a deep understanding of food trends for independent as well as retail markets.
