Job Title: Lead Engineer

The role
Reporting into the engineering manager, you will have one direct report. You will be responsible for overseeing all repairs and maintenance across the site, responding to breakdowns and conducting inspections on machinery, identifying, and resolving potential issues.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is wanting to take the next step up in their career.
The person
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a multi skilled engineering, electrically bias and fault-finding role, experience within a food or FMCG background would be advantageous, however we are keen to identify an individual with a ‘right first time’ approach, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills.
