Are you an experienced design engineer with a passion for leading teams and delivering high-quality engineering solutions? A leading global provider of high-speed machinery solutions is looking for a Conveying Design Team Leader to drive innovation, manage projects, and lead a skilled team in designing and delivering cutting-edge conveying systems.

What You’ll Do:
? Lead the Conveying Design Team, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
? Use 3D and 2D CAD to design and visualise product lines.
? Collaborate with internal teams to define project requirements and ensure timely delivery.
? Oversee engineering change notes and corrective actions for continuous improvement.
? Identify and implement new processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
? Travel internationally (2–3 times per year) to support projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:
✔ Extensive engineering experience (HNC or equivalent).
✔ Strong proficiency in SolidWorks & SolidWorks PDM.
✔ Experience in 3D modelling, technical drawings (ISO standards), and manufacturing processes.
✔ Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:
✔ Knowledge of Inventor, AutoCAD, and MRP systems (training available).
✔ Prior experience in a team leader role.
✔ Willingness to learn new software and CAD systems.
