Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000neg + Discretionary Bonus £3,000-£5,000

The role of the Branch Manager – Air Conditioning / HVAC will involve:

* Branch Manager position selling a high quality distributed range of air conditioning & refrigeration solutions

* All of your time will be focused on selling to air conditioning contractors, M&E contractors & sub-contractors

* Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales and health & safety

* Manage stock levels, set and work towards budget expectations for each year

* Maintain existing base and cultivate new customer relationships to increase sales

* Liaise internally with credit control team to manage customer accounts & payments

* Ensuring excellent customer service is provided

* Providing training, development and motivation to depot personnel, managing a team of 7 Drivers, Warehousing & Internal Sales Staff

The ideal applicant will be a Branch Manager – Air Conditioning / HVAC with:

* Must have experience running a busy a distribution branch within the construction industry

* Must have experience managing and developing a team

* Ideally will have experience with HVAC products or in an electrical/plumbing wholesaler

* A solid understanding of H&S regulations

* A strong commercial acumen or sales background are highly beneficial

* Exceptional organisational skills

* Good communication skills, both written and in person

* IT Literate (ERP systems, Microsoft Office)
