Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Divisional Manager to lead a team of 4-5 recruitment consultants in a hot desk environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, developing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services within the dental sector.
