We are currently seeking a motivated and diligent Assistant Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a background in fit-out projects, with specific experience in ceilings and partitions. However, we are also open to candidates from a main contract background who possess a solid understanding of core surveying principles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets.

* Support senior surveyors in managing project finances and contracts.

* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.

* Measure and value works on-site.

* Prepare and present reports on project progress, costs, and any variations.

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

* Experience in fit-out projects, specifically with ceilings and partitions, is highly desirable.

* Candidates with main contract experience who understand surveying principles will also be considered.

* Strong analytical and numerical skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
