With plans to expand their customer base up to 10,000 in 4 years.This business needs an Engineering Manager who is deeply motivated about people management and empowering their teams

Your Role As An Engineering Manager Will Include:

* Engineering Manager - Looking after a team of 10
* Some Hands on Engineering Work - Mechanical
* Reviewing and Implementing New Processes
* Improving Productivity

The Successful Engineering Manager Will Have:

* Managerial Experience - Must Be Enthusiastic!
* Transferrable mechanical backgrounds
* Keen to push the company forward
* Commutable to Scunthorpe
