Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 + 10% Performance Bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week (Overtime available at 1.5x pay)

The Role As a White Goods Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing multi-brand appliances, ensuring first-time fixes and outstanding customer service. You’ll be working with leading brands such as Hotpoint, Bosch, Indesit, Beko, and more, delivering top-tier service directly to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, fridges, and cookers.
Deliver exceptional customer service in a face-to-face setting.
Meet performance targets for completion rates, first-visit fixes, and customer satisfaction. What You Need:
Proven experience as a White Goods Engineer/Domestic Appliance Engineer.
Relevant certifications, such as Domestic ACS Gas (CCN1/CKR1) (preferred but not required).
F-Gas/R600a refrigeration qualifications (a bonus).
Full UK driving license. What We Offer:
