Hours: Full-time Mon -Fri 37.5 hours a week

They are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team.

This is a brand new position created to support their dynamic business needs, offering a fantastic opportunity to take on a unique blend of responsibilities.

They are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls and addressing general queries with professionalism.
Responding to emails and managing the inbox efficiently.
Issuing and organising necessary documentation.
Posting credits and processing refunds accurately and timely.
Assisting with taking payments and managing financial transactions.
Supporting the accounts team with day-to-day financial tasks.
Providing general administrative support as needed.Previous experience in administration along with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is an essential requirement for this role.
