Job Description: Ducting Production Operator

Overview:
We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team in the production of high-quality ducting components. This role involves working with a range of metals and requires strong hand skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Obtain and maintain Operator Verification Approval Stamps
Manufacture finished ducting components to customer specifications using various metals, including stainless steel, titanium, and Inconel
Assist in introducing new techniques and improvements to working methods
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Identify and suggest opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
Follow all relevant AWPS and standard operating procedures
Comply with company Health & Safety and Fire Safety policies and attend mandatory training sessions
Demonstrate flexibility and a team-oriented mindsetEssential Skills & Attributes:

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Comfortable following verbal and written instructions
Team player with a positive, goal-oriented attitude
Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy
Well-organised with good attention to detail
