Job Title: Night Manager
Location: Boutique Hotel, Bayswater
Salary: £17,000 per annum
Hours: 48 Hours per week, 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, 6 days a week, must reside on-site from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Benefits: 28 Days Holiday Allowance, Employer Pension Contribution, Living Quarters on site from 10pm - 8am.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Night Manager to oversee the night operations of a 30-bedroom Boutique Hotel in Bayswater. You will ensure guests receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out and manage the Front Office Team during night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise the Front Office Team to maintain high service standards.
* Serve as the primary contact for guests during night hours.
* Perform Night Audit duties and maximize room occupancy.
* Handle payments in accordance with hotel policies.
* Represent the Hotel Manager in their absence.
* Resolve guest issues or emergencies promptly.
* Maintain knowledge of hotel services, pricing, and policies.
* Implement security and emergency procedures.
* Conduct Health and Safety checks and Night Walks.
Requirements:
* Previous supervisory experience in Front Office, hotel, leisure, or retail.
* Strong IT proficiency.
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver high customer service.
* Flexibility to respond to various work situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the hotel industry and with Front Office Management Systems.
* Experience with cash handling.
