An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Events Lead to join Hays Travel's dynamic and dedicated marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer events, strong organisational and commercial skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end event planning. Key Responsibilities
Plans and executes all aspects of customer events from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Works closely with the Hays retail branch network to plan, coordinate, and deliver successful events that resonate with the local audiences
Researches and secures suitable venues, negotiating contracts to achieve cost efficiency
Develops and manages event budgets to ensure delivery within financial parameters while maximising ROI
Creates and oversees email marketing campaigns to promote events, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Collaborates with specialised marketing functions to develop and implement comprehensive event marketing plans
Collects and analyses post-event feedback to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement
Manages financial processing of invoices and expenses related to events, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Works closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure seamless event execution and communication
Adheres to company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines to uphold Hays Travel's values
