Location: Multiple Sites – Tranent and Haddington

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused New Home Sales Consultant to provide holiday cover across multiple sites covering Tranent and Haddington. This is an excellent opportunity to represent a well-established homebuilder and support clients through the home-buying process. You will be part of an Award-Winning company who specialise in quality, design and providing the best service possible to their customers.

About the Role

As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding prospective buyers through the process of purchasing a new home. You will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial inquiry to completion, providing expert advice and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and greet prospective buyers, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
Guide customers through the home-buying process, explaining available options and features.
Manage reservation paperwork and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Keep up to date with the local housing market and competitor activity.
Ensure that the sales office and show homes are presented to a high standard.
Provide feedback to the sales manager regarding customer preferences and market trends.
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
About You

Previous experience in new home sales or property sales is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Professional and confident when dealing with clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Flexibility to work across multiple sites, with Thursday – Monday shift pattern.
