Production Co-Ordinator

Based in Made, Holland our client has become one of the leading suppliers of fresh berries to the major European multiples. The business is committed to continuous improvement and professional development, to this end our client is now seeking an experienced Production Co-Ordinator to join their highly motivated team to help enable them to deliver consistency and exceptional service to their customers. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will take the lead on all customer orders to ensure that products are packed and despatched efficiently and economically.

Responsibilities

* Review the orders confirmed by the commercial department and plan with service provider.

* Give support to the commercial department in the development of new products

* Keep the service provider updated with weekly planning and forecast of monthly volumes for production.

* Ensuring that the service provider has all the materials that are required to manufacture the final product.

* Supervise the production process, in collaboration with the quality department.

* Review the packing costs related to production and services provided by Service providers.

* Give support and updates to different departments within the company such as commercial, logistics quality and food safety.

* Ensure that all production process meet the requirements of Food Safety and quality requirements of the clients.
