Multi-Skilled Carpenter – Exeter  

Are you a skilled Carpenter with a knack for multi-trade work? I’m working with a well-established maintenance contractor in Devon to recruit a Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join their responsive maintenance team in Exeter.

Your Role:

You’ll be carrying out essential repairs and maintenance within occupied properties, ensuring homes are safe and well-maintained.

Duties Include:

Carpentry repairs
Checking, repairing, and replacing fire doors
Adjusting windows and doors
Repairing furniture
Basic plumbing
Painting and decorating
What You’ll Need:

Carpentry qualification
Multi-skilled experience in maintenance work
CSCS card (desirable)
Previous experience in a similar role
Clean driving licence
