Our client based in London are seeking a temporary Office Assistant to support with admin and reception duties. We are seeking a diligent and professional Temporary Office Assistant to support the team during a busy period. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the office and meeting rooms.
Duties:
Greeting and directing guests to meeting rooms
Monitoring meeting room bookings and visitor schedules to identify needs
Setting up and clearing meeting rooms, including hospitality arrangements
Ordering lunches and other refreshments as required
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-stocked kitchen area
Ensuring staff filter coffee pots are regularly topped up
