School Site Manager – Full-Time

Pay: £26,000 - £30,000

Class Mate is working with a fantastic primary school in NG18 that is looking for a reliable and experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the school’s premises as soon as possible. This is a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and maintenance of the school environment.

The Role:

Oversee the general maintenance, safety, and security of the school site.

*

Manage contractors and site staff to ensure all work is completed to a high standard.

*

Conduct health and safety checks, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring.

*

Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs promptly.

*

Ensure the school grounds are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Requirements:

*

Previous experience in site management or premises maintenance (preferably within an educational setting).

*

Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

*

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

*

A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
