DESIGN DATA SPECIALIST - DIGITAL PRINT / MAILING SERVICES

Our client specialise in providing comprehensive solutions for design, print, mailing services, and document management across diverse sectors. They are currently looking to recruit a Design Data Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Manage and develop variable data print projects using XMPie, Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Excel.
Collaborate with Client Services and Mailing Production teams to integrate data and design into VDP templates.
Collaborate with Client Services to amend or design various print artwork.
Present a general understanding of DSA guidelines.
Ensure accuracy and quality of data in all printed materials.
Maintain up to date documentation of processes and projects whilst also identifying and suggesting improvements.
Communicate effectively with Production teams to help manage workload.
Operate and maintain digital printing presses and other digital equipment
Monitor print quality and make adjustments as necessary
Experience/Qualifications:

Proficiency in XMPie (advantageous), Adobe Indesign, Microsoft Excel (both essential) and the Fiery suite of software.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of various teams as well as independently.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Recent experience within the Digital Print and Communications industry would be preferred but not essential.To apply for the role please send a copy of your CV
