A service organisation based in Bath (hybrid working) is currently recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join their team.

Duties will include:

* Provide data and analysis to stakeholders to help achieve targets and drive performance

* Prepare management accounts and detailed variance analysis

* KPI reporting and analysis

* Translating complex data into clear insights for non-finance managers

* Collaborate and build relationships in the wider organisation to develop strategies and goals

* Attend senior meetings to provide analysis and commentary around financial reporting

The successful candidate will be experienced with budgeting and forecasting, be a proficient user of excel and be able to demonstrate excellent relationship-building skills and commercial awareness
