The role
Working as part of a team in a call centre environment assisting the operational team to deliver a quality service to all clients including Housing Associations and Local Authorities and their residents. We are looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile when resolving queries.
Responsibilities
* Ensure KPI’s are monitored and met monthly
* Undertake audits of your teams work
* Management of supervisor admin function
* Administrative tasks required by the business
