Our client, a leading luxury retail company (Champagne and Sparking Wine), is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Temporary HR Manager.

As a true HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of HR. You will have the opportunity to gain an understanding of their HR duties and establish strong working relationships with their staff. Your ability to quickly adapt and build rapport will be essential in this role.
In this temporary position, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on their HR department. You will be responsible for reviewing HR information systems and providing recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will review and update policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance. Your expertise will also be needed in assessing the online learning platform and determining its effectiveness for the wider organisation.
One of your key responsibilities will be producing HR insight reports. These reports will provide data-driven analysis and insights related to various HR functions such as employee demographics, engagement, turnover & retention, absenteeism, performance management, recruitment metrics, L&D, and compensation & benefits. Your expertise in this area will help shape their HR strategies and initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in HR management and be well-versed in HR best practises. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be crucial in drafting and updating policies and procedures. Additionally, your ability to handle high-volume recruitment will be an asset as you assist the Talent Acquisition Manager as needed.
