Description

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Perform reconciliations of accounts
Support the Accounting & Finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities
Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with internal control procedures
Assist in the processing of invoices and payments
Participate in financial audits and implement audit recommendations
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes
Assist in other financial tasks as required by the teamProfile

A successful Assistant Accountant should have:

An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proficiency in financial software applications
Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
