Job Title: Plasterer

Location: Camden

Pay: £17 - £18 per hour

Responsibilities:

Building repairs and maintenance: The role involves carrying out a variety of repairs, maintenance, and renewals. Tasks will include emergency repairs, routine reactive repairs across multiple sites, as well as single-site programmed repairs and refurbishments.
Housing and premises: The work will be done in occupied and vacant housing properties, and other premises.
High-quality work: The role demands that work is completed to the highest standards, aiming for "Right First Time" outcomes.
Customer satisfaction: Focus is on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with all repairs.

Hours of Work:

Core hours: 09:00 am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday), extra hours may be required or available with notice.
Flexibility required: The post-holder must be willing to work flexibly to support service delivery, including adjustments to working times or patterns.

Key Requirements:

Skills and experience: Requires experience in plastering with a strong focus on quality and customer service.
Compliance: Ability to adhere to current standards and regulations in building repairs and maintenance.
Adaptability: The ability to respond to changing work hours and priorities as directed.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires a high level of professionalism and flexibility in working hours to meet service delivery demands
