Aluminium fabrication Manager, - Aluminium - window / door hardware, fenestration for a Glazing company

After undergoing a strategic business review, current company growth and as well as opportunities that have arisen, we are now looking to strengthen our Senior Management team to cover Aluminium Systems.

The Ideal candidate will play a pivotal technical role within our organisation, acting as the key liaison between departments and other Branches

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· To ensure technical developments align with both customer needs and market demands.

· Provide in-depth technical feedback on aluminium window and door hardware

· Serve as the primary technical point of contact between ensuring seamless communication and cooperation on Projects, from point of tender to install

· Contribute technical, ensuring hardware solutions meet customer demands and compliance standard

· Create product solution libraries for reference.

· Organise regular technical discussions between teams to ensure consistent information flow regarding product updates and challenges.

· Participate in the quality assurance process,

· Prioritise technical projects in line with business strategy, focusing on delivering effective and customer focused solutions

To work with sales and develop team

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Aluminium Product Manager - Aluminium - window / door hardware, fenestration

· Strong technical expertise in the aluminium market,
· Proven experience working with project management teams,
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable project developments.
· Experience with reading and using CAD

Sales background within Aluminum

· The understanding of fenestration hardware and aluminium profiles would be advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
