We’re looking for an experienced Fundraising Events Manager to take the lead on a vibrant and meaningful calendar of events. From dazzling gala dinners and golf days to heartfelt community fundraisers like the Forget Me Not Walk, you’ll create experiences that connect people and generate lasting impact.

What you’ll be doing:

* Plan, deliver and evolve a diverse programme of fundraising events

* Build unforgettable donor experiences, especially for major supporters

* Collaborate with marketing and fundraising teams to maximise reach and results

* Manage multiple projects with creativity, empathy and independence

* Line-manage a Fundraising Administrator, supporting their growth in a small, passionate team

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

* Proven experience in fundraising and event delivery (major donor and community events)

* Confidence working with high-net-worth individuals and key stakeholders

* Strong project management, communication and people skills

* Familiarity with donor CRMs like eTapestry (or similar)

* Sensitivity and emotional intelligence to support bereaved families with care
