Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Ofsted Registered Manager to lead a brand new 4-bed children’s home in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a compassionate and dynamic team, where you will play a key role in shaping the home's approach and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for the young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management of the 4-bed home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and best practices.
Lead and inspire a team of carers and staff members to provide high-quality care that meets the needs of each child.
Create and implement care plans tailored to each young person’s individual requirements.
Be the Ofsted registered manager for the home, ensuring all reporting, compliance, and safeguarding responsibilities are met.
Develop strong relationships with local authorities, families, and other professionals to ensure integrated support.
Key Requirements:

Must hold Level 3 in Residential Childcare AND Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within an Ofsted-regulated children’s home.
A valid driving license is strongly preferred.
