Some experience in maintenance is required and various tasks centred around maintenance tasks.
Setting up rooms for events/meetings is a large part of the role, you will need to be organised and able to pre-empt setups/setdowns.
Setting up meeting rooms, and working alongside the building assistant
Moving meeting room furniture/drinks and other furniture etc around. Health & Safety

* The weekly testing of the fire alarms in the offices

* Assisting contractors i.e. pest control, building surveys, water testing, etc. allowing access to any secured areas as necessary.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

* Ability to work both as part of a team and unsupervised to meet the varied needs of the department.

* Ability to work effectively under pressure and flexibly when required.

* Previous Maintenance experience is required!

* Organised manner with ability to prioritise tasks.
