PROJECT ENGINEER
BRISTOL
£45,000 - £50,000 + BONUS + TRAINING + BENEFITS
Due to ongoing success and company expansion, my client are looking to add to their skilled design team with the addition of a Project Engineer.
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer. If you're a driven & highly motivated person wishing to craft out a successful and rewarding future in what is a truly unique environment, this could be the role for you. You will be working on a variety of interesting projects, spanning several sectors.
THE ROLE:
Support the Project Manager in resource planning.
Ensuring timely, safe and cost-effective Design for Manufacturing (DFM) to meet specifications.
Adherence to Quality, H&S and Environmental Management systems.
Supplier and client liaison to achieve technical compliance.
Supporting procurement by advising on purchase order technical specifications.
Producing technical documentation to ensure timelines are met.
Ensure all testing activities are undertaken safely and adhere to customer requirements.
Liaison with design staff, Workshop Manager, After Sales Manager, suppliers and customers during project implementation.
Approval of design drawings and 3D models in accordance with Drawing Standards and release process.
THE PERSON:
Experience of hydraulics and pneumatics.
Background in the FMCG environment.
Knowledge of pump systems.
A sound working knowledge of Solidworks or similar is needed.
Working knowledge of Quality Systems including documentation.
Need to be good in front of customers and suppliers
