Carbon60 are currently recruiting for an Customer Operations Advisor to work for a well-known large engineering company. Based in Nuneaton, this Customer Operations Advisor will be a key team member working within their customers facility full-time on-site.

Skills and Experience required:

A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong willingness to learn and commit to training and development in this role is essential
Prior use of digital stock management systems will be advantageous, computer literate skills to be able to adapt to using the in-house systems is needed
Prior warehouse/stores/stock or inventory experience will be advantageous
Familiarity following 5s methodology will be advantageous
Good communication skills to always provide excellent customer service
Training will be provided in this role via in-person and online sessions

Role Responsibilities:

Assisting in the operations of the engineering stores on-site whilst being permanently customer-facing
Initially this role will be focused on re-organising, transporting and packing goods around site
Eventually the responsibilities for this role will be expanded to include ordering stock and processing orders on the in-house online systems while communicating directly to suppliers
