We are seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join this brilliant primary school!

As part of a close-knit team, you'll play a vital role in providing a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for our youngest learners, aged 3-5.

Your Role:
* Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality, engaging lessons.
* Help create a warm and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring every child feels valued.
* Assist with the personal, social, and emotional development of each child.
* Encourage learning through play, exploration, and creative activities.
* Observe and record children's progress to support their learning journey.

What We're Looking For:
* A genuine passion for early childhood education.
* NVQ/ Cache Level 3 or a 2:1 or above degree in an Education related field.
* Experience in a similar role or working with young children.
* Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum is an advantage but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A patient, caring, and positive attitude.
