Location: Oxfordshire-Predominantly home based with occasional travel to the office 1-2 days a week where required

Salary: £35-40,000 Dependant on experience

An established and growing architectural practice is seeking an Intermediate Architectural Technician or Architect to join their remote-working team. With a diverse portfolio of high-end residential and multi-unit residential schemes, this role is key to the continued expansion of the business.

Work closely with the principal architect and wider team to deliver residential projects from concept to completion.
Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
Collaborate remotely, feeding into a structured reporting process on a weekly or twice-weekly basis.
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning policies.The Ideal Candidate:

A qualified Architect or Architectural Technician with intermediate-level experience.
Strong technical skills, particularly in residential architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
Comfortable working remotely with excellent communication and self-management skills.
