Setsquare have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment consultant to join our team in Manchester. The role of the the recruitment consultant is varied and diverse, developing your own business with the support and resources to ensure you have every chance to make a success of the challenge ahead.

You would be expected to meet and speak with clients and candidates assisting with the recruitment process for both. Previous experience of sales or B2B would be an advantage, recruitment training would be provided depending on your level of expertise and experience.

We can offer the opportunity to work with existing clients and candidates - with live vacancies to recruit for when joining the business. An extensive CRM, use of job boards, assistance from colleagues and management.
