Are you an experienced roofer looking for a new challenge? Join our client’s team as an Estates Operative (Roofer) located in Devonport Plymouth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct roofing repairs and maintenance
* Work on both slate and tiled roofs
* Replace and repair soffits and fascias
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard
Requirements:
* Previous roofing experience is essential
* Good customer skills
* Ability to work at heights
* Must be physically able to traverse the site
* Hold a full driving licence (preferred but not essential)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills with customers
Skills and Attributes:
* Strong understanding of slate and tiled roofs
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Reliability and strong work ethic
Ability to obtain and hold SC Security clearance is a requirement of this role. UK Nationals only
