Freelance Quantity Surveyor, Newcastle, part-time 3 days per week

Unite People Build is looking to assign a Freelance Quantity Surveyor on behalf of one of our key construction clients in the North East, Newcastle area on a construction project. Part-time assignment 3 days per week. This role would suit someone either looking for a 3 day per week contract or a QS that is already committed to 2 days per week with another contractor and seeking another part-time contract

* Outside of IR35 subject to Status Determination Statement questionnaire

* Knowledge of construction interiors packages preferred

* Circa 9 month contract

* £330 to £370 per shift

* Work autonomously without supervision, direction or control

* Valuations, variations, change control

* Payments

* Monthly reporting
