Position: Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Salary: £100 - £120 per day

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our esteemed school in Winslow. This role presents an excellent opportunity to actively contribute to a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting both teaching and learning, helping to create a positive and enriching educational experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and deliver lessons, providing targeted support to individuals and small groups
Develop and adapt learning resources to cater to the diverse needs of students, in alignment with the school's curriculum goals
Assess student progress and offer constructive feedback to students and teachers, supporting the implementation of improvement strategies
Promote and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment by effectively implementing the school's behaviour management policies
Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs or additional learning requirements, adjusting teaching methods to suit different learning styles
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practises in education and foster a culture of continuous learning within the school
Qualifications and Requirements:

HLTA qualification or equivalent is required
Proven experience in a similar school-based role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
