Job type: Contract to possible perm

Salary: £30-40k depending on experience

Location: London Bridge

Hybrid working: Office based 3 days a week. Hours are flexible

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client's team on a fixed-term basis, with the possibility of a permanent position. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function and contributing to various HR and transformation projects, ensuring that the organisation's human resources operations run smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

First point of contact for HR-related enquiries
Support the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Provide administrative support to HR initiatives and projects led by the team

Requirements:

Previous experience with a HR role
CIPD qualified is beneficial
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office
Familiarity with HR and recruitment software would be beneficial
