Ionic Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Manager on behalf of our client.

Introduction:
We are working with a top-tier commercial fit-out contractor, currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee delivery of office, retail, and leisure fit-out works in Manchester. The role is available on a permanent or freelance basis with a salary to be agreed based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

* Oversee entire project lifecycle for fit-out works.

* Develop schedules and monitor budgets.

* Coordinate labour, materials, and on-site activities.

* Maintain clear client communications and manage expectations.

* Ensure site safety and quality standards are maintained.

Requirements:

* Experience managing fit-out projects, ideally in high-spec sectors.

* Excellent organisation and reporting skills.

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications essential.

* Manchester-based or within commutable distance.
