Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to pupils with Autism, helping them engage in learning and social activities.
Assist the class teacher in managing challenging behaviour with patience and empathy.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all students.
Collaborate with staff and parents to meet individual pupil needs.Requirements:

Experience working with children with Autism and/or challenging behaviour (desirable).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Resilience, adaptability, and a compassionate approach.
